Mindfulness for Stress Resilience and Productivity
Mindfulness is becoming well known as an effective way of dealing with life's stressors, negative thinking and feelings of overwhelm. It helps create greater self-awareness and greater emotional balance. If you find yourself worrying about the past or chasing the future but not really experiencing the present, this course will help to retrain your mind so you live more fully, with greater self-insight.
If you find yourself going over problems instead of moving on from them this can cause stress, overwhelm and even depression. Mindfulness cultivates a mindset which allows you to become aware of thoughts and feelings without them consuming you.
If you have a tendency to react to situations in ways you later regret, mindfulness is a perfect way of taking back control.
It has also been shown to reduce pain, increase compassion and help with insomnia. It can even support you in achieiving your goals so that you live your life on-purpose. What's not to love?
