Tricia WoolfreyTricia Woolfrey

Founder and Principal

A former Global HR Director, Tricia has, for the last 20 years, run her own businesses.  One a consultancy (PW Consulting Limited, trading as A-HEAD for Success) supporting businesses to improve performance, productivity, stress resilience and wellness, and one a therapeutic practice (Your Empowered Self).  Working with individuals, teams and organisations, she is based in Surrey and Harley Street, London .  She is the developer of the A-HEAD for Success 5-Dimensional coaching program which is a whole-person, integrative approach to achieve excellence.  She is a published author and her last book (and best seller) is Ultimate Energy:  From tired to inspired.  She is gifted at looking below the surface to overcome blocks and facilitate more sustainable change.

Her 5 Dimensions (Clarity, Skillset, Mindset, Stress Resilience, Energy and Wellness) are built on her 5 Pillars (Psychological, Emotional, Physical, Lifestyle and Purpose & Meaning).

Tricia is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and has tutor membership of The Institute of Leadership and Management.  She is additionally an advanced clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, a nutritionist and is qualified to use numerous psychometric profiles, including MBTI and Belbin.

Coach

Julia has been an executive coach for 10 years and enjoys working with individuals and organisations to determine what is truly at the heart of an issue, so that the coaching can be targeted and effective.  She believes that every individual’s development journey is unique and respects that uniqueness in the coaching relationship by using an eclectic mix of leadership and psychological models and coaching tools.

Julia has a background in corporate Learning & Development and HR, having been a Senior Development Consultant for a leading motor manufacturer, Management Development Manager for an international airline and Head of HR for a well-known FMCG drinks brand

Julia has a Post-Graduate Masters Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring (ILM / EMCC), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Training & Development (CIPD), is Accredited in ESCI (Emotional Intelligence), TMS (team profiling) and OPQ (personality profiling) and is a CIPD member.

She is currently studying to become an A-HEAD for Success Integrative Coach.

Ian Crocker

Coach

Ian has over 30 years’ experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach with experience working in organisations such as British Telecom, Ingram Micro, The VW Group, G4S Justice Services and SMEs.  His easy manner and gentle humour belies a highly business-focused approach, recognising the need for a clear and measurable return on investment to clients.  His specialisms include business improvement, management skills, business skills, communication skills, and career transitions.  He is particularly well known for helping newly appointed managers to face the challenges of their new role, especially in having courageous conversations about performance and helping them recalibrate their skills.

Ian was until recently Chair of his local Group of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), providing membership services and Continual Professional Development for HR and Learning & Development professionals.  He is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strengthscope facilitator.

He is currently studying to become an A-HEAD for Success Integrative Coach.

Emma SaccomaniEmma Saccomani

Mental Health First Aid Instructor

Emma is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor with a 25 year corporate background and worked 10 years in Learning and Development.  She is passionate about enabling others to find a way to grow and thrive not in spite of, but due to our challenges.  She runs a one day and two day Mental Health First Aid course for us.

Engaging.  Pragmatic.  Compassionate.  Flexible.  Open.

Her corporate background (front line and operations) includes Eurostar, British Airway Holidays and Royal Bank of Scotland.  She is also a Trustee and volunteer with a mental health charity in Surrey.
